Terms & Conditions

For all returns and exchanges, please email us at info@lostmindsclothing.com and we will return your message within 24 hours.



All items are double checked before they leave our warehouse.  If you’ve received a faulty or damaged item, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours at lostmindsclothing@gmail.com, with photos and description of fault, and we will organise return of the faulty item, and a replacement item for you.  If the item is out of stock, we will organise a new item, or a full refund.  Contact must be made within 48 hours of receiving your order.



If you have received an item that does not fit, please note that exchanges are subject to availability. If the item you require is no longer in stock, you will receive a refund for full priced items upon return of the original item in the original condition, with tags attached, or a store credit for sale items.  Credit will be what is paid on your invoice at the time of purchase, less the shipping cost.  Sorry, but we do not refund for change of mind, we will however offer you a store credit, which once item is returned to the warehouse, in the original condition, with tags attached.  If you need to exchange your item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.  Please note: We do not refund or exchange sale items.

Return shipping for returns and exchanges will be paid for by the customer.  Your exchange will only be processed once the returned item is received to our warehouse, in the original condition, with tags attached.  

Lost Minds Clothing will not credit customs and duties paid on your order, nor are we liable for the loss of the item being returned, we recommend sending your parcel with a traceable service.
