I didn't receive all my order!
Due to COVID-19, shipping times to some destinations are delayed. Please keep an eye on your tracking, parcels are taking a bit longer to reach you, and we are sorry but it is beyond our control. If your parcels does not arrive within a fair amount of time, please contact us directly and we will look into it for you!
Do you ship international?
Yes we do! Whilst we are based in Australia, we work with many manufacturers overseas to get your products to you faster, and therefore ship worldwide!
Please note - we are not charging the full international shipping rate - we are a small business but we are absorbing some of the international costs so that we can make the process more affordable for you. Unfortunately it is still very expensive to ship overseas and we do apologise but it is out of our control.

Australia Post announcement:
COVID-19 is having a major impact on carrier operations, causing delays in many parts of the network. The challenges presented by the pandemic mean there are delays as our business adopts additional safety measures to protect our people and customers. Other factors contributing to delays include fewer domestic flights, international delays and increased volumes as more people start shopping online. In addition to this, carriers have been instructed by the government to prioritise medical supplies and other essential freight items, which means non-essential freight items will travel a little slower. Rest assured the carriers are doing everything they can to deliver your parcels as quickly as possible but please understand there will be delay. ETAs listed on the carrier websites are not accurate and shouldn’t be relied on because they don’t take into account the network delays we’re currently experiencing due to COVID-19. Rest assured the carriers are doing everything they can to deliver your parcels as quickly as possible but please understand there will be delays.
