Australian orders will take 3 – 20 business days depending on the items purchased.  You can also select Express Postage at checkout if you need your items quicker!  Please keep in mind that our items are made in-house and can take from 1-7 days to be made.  If you are in a rush, please email us at info@lostmindsclothing.com and we will help you the best we can!
We recommend you provide a secure delivery address, we are not responsible for lost or stolen parcels. 
I didn't receive all my order!
    
Due to COVID-19, shipping times to some destinations are delayed.  Please keep an eye on your tracking, parcels are taking a bit longer to reach you, and we are sorry but it is beyond our control.  If your parcels does not arrive within a fair amount of time, please contact us directly and we will look into it for you!

Do you ship international?
    
Yes we do! Whilst we are based in Australia, we work with many manufacturers overseas to get your products to you faster, and therefore ship worldwide!
Please note - we are not charging the full international shipping rate - we are a small business but we are absorbing some of the international costs so that we can make the process more affordable for you.  Unfortunately it is still very expensive to ship overseas and we do apologise but it is out of our control.
